Is no more news that jamb have stop registration of UTME candidates at any cyber cafe you see or business centre as you may called it ,They achieved this by setting a targeted requirements that get your business centre approved as jamb accredited centre:-
* you must have at least 275 functional laptops/computers linked in servers,
*a serene hall/or building for the the comfortability of the candidates.
